What conditions do you cover?
We treat a wide range of conditions including acute and chronic back pain, joint and muscular pain, sports injuries and post operative and post-fracture rehab. Please contact Tom if you have a specific condition you’d like to discuss.

Can I come to you for physiotherapy?
As a mobile physiotherapy service, we come directly to you - whether at home, work, or another convenient location, so you don’t need to travel. This allows for personalised care in a comfortable and familiar environment. Often rehab exercises take place in the home so what better place to learn these.

What do you bring and what space do I need?
We bring all the equipment we would need for your assessment and treatment. You’ll just need enough space for a treatment couch to be put up (if needed) and where we can work comfortably. We have successfully worked in some very tight spaces in the past without issue. Speak to us directly if you feel space may be an issue.

Do I need a GP referral to see you?
No, you can self refer by contacting Tom.

Do you work with insurance company referrals?
We are not affiliated with any insurance companies. If you have claim-back work schemes these are perfectly fine. Speak to us directly if you would like more clarity.

I live in a care home; can you visit me?
Yes, we regularly provide mobile physiotherapy services in care homes and work closely with care staff to deliver your treatments.

What areas do you operate in?
We are based in Lewisham and cover areas SE6, SE13, SE26, SE23, SE4, BR1. Appointments outside these areas will be considered but would need prior discussion.
